The OnePay profile tab allows customers to manage their account information, including updating their profile details. Customers can update their mailing and home addresses, with the former used for receiving debit cards and account-related mail, and the latter as a billing address. Only personal addresses are supported, not business or commercial ones. Profile updates may require verification via a one-time passcode. To update mailing or email addresses, users can access their profile in the OnePay app, enter their passcode, and confirm changes. Address updates require a physical U.S. address or eligible military address, while email updates are immediate.
The profile tab is where OnePay customers can find and manage several pieces of information on their OnePay account. Selecting the profile icon will allow OnePay customers to update their profile information.
❗ Important Details
- The mailing address is where the customer will receive their OnePay debit card or any mail related to their OnePay account. The home address is used as the billing address for purchases
- We do not support business or commercial addresses — only personal/consumer
- Home (billing) address must be a physical address in the US or an eligible military (APO or FPO) address
- Mailing address can be physical address or PO Box
- Customers will need to contact Customer Service for assistance updating their name (Legal name change, Preferred name change, or change due to a typo)
- When updating their profile in-app, customers may be required to verify a one-time passcode via e-mail or SMS
To update a mailing address:
- Open the OnePay app
- Tap to access your Profile
- Select Account then Personal Information
- Tap Edit next to your home or mailing address
- Enter your account passcode
- Type in your new address and select Confirm
- Your address will be updated immediately
Please use a physical residential address as your home address (we cannot accept business or commercial addresses). You can also update your address on the website.
To update an email address:
- Open the OnePay app
- Tap to access your Profile
- Select Account then Personal Information
- Tap Edit next to your email
- Enter your account passcode
- Type in your new email address and select Confirm
- Your email address will be updated immediately
